Philip Salmon and Anna Jeoffroy have been holistic practitioners for many years. Their Professional Reflexology Training has helped many people to develop into caring and effective practitioners since 1992. As part of introducing students to ways to practice effectively and safely they introduced them to Dr Bach’s Flower Essences as a tool for them to manage the emotional ups and downs that get in the way of the development of many aspiring therapists.

Early in the 1990’s they began to work with the remedies paying particular attention to the groups that Dr Bach organized the essences into. They became more and more convinced these groups relate to the chakras. Out of this work they developed their book Dr Bach’s Flower Remedies – tapping into positive emotional qualities of the chakras – available from Amazon

As well as running seminars, workshops on aspects of working with Bach essences they have now also joined forces with the ‘Bach Flower Educational Foundation’ to teach a Bach Essence programme at Ainsworths new centre in Welbeck Street London W1culminating in a Professional Training.

These courses are available as 3 levels progressing after the third level and homestudy and case study modules to the professional practitioner qualification.

Anna is now designing a combination Essence each month that will be available to customers at Ainsworths Pharmacy.

In February she has an essence for Valentines Day which was very popular last year has sold well all year for affairs of the heart! Named ‘Heart’ combination essence it is available from the pharmacy or by phone on 020 7935 5330.

The essence for March was ‘Spring Clean’ designed to help and support anyone deciding to do a spring detox, this was followed by 'New Beginnings' in April and 'Trust' in May. June /July followed with 'Abundance'and her August essence was 'Chill' Most are available from Ainsworths at £10 for a 30ml bottle. Please ring 020 7935 5330.
